Surely it's Arrogant, since that directly addresses a "game" feature? :D

Or Trophies of War - how do your units magically multiply captured equipment is quite the mystery. It's like the feeding the multitude miracle. :)

you miss the fact that in the real battle, if a unit is completely surrounded, it loses everything - not only the active machines, but also these in repair, in transit, temp disabled etc.
For example, A normal practice at the Kursk battle for both parties was to tug away damaged tanks into your repair bases and restore them. Now guess what happened when these repair bases were surrounded....

Valid point, but the unit is still captured directly on the hex where the fighting takes place and hidden caches often already represent those repair depots. I can let my imagination run wild and think of salvage crews putting together the damaged units back into working order if a damages unit is captured, but converting a 9 strength capture into 18 points of parts is always amusing - and in the most positive way, I'm perfectly fine with the trait working as it does.

And if you haveScavenger - it'll be 36 points of parts. Amasing trait, I like it.
