Impossible to deploy the new Air Support :( Maybe because I have the Air Offensive Specialization :?:

PS: I am missing 1 more Air Supply to be able to deploy the new air support :cry:
Help! Can anyone build an airstrip somewhere in the region?

It was only in turn 15 after capturing an airport and raising the red flag that I was able to deploy the new air squadron :
