Nice to read that. It's the last part for now. There may be two more fictional campaigns for the Yamato series this year. The Japanese landing at Vladivostok as a mini-campaign and the invasion of Australia.
Within one year I have published 17 campaigns and more than 30 scenarios for Panzer Corps 1. I think that's a good contribution.

Well, it's like driving a car, sometimes you take a wrong turn at a junction.

You must also eliminate all partisans.

in the hundred regiments mission: there are the supply lorries, which must be placed on the supply field.

and there are the garrison units, which must be placed on the garrison field.

as shown on the hint picture! do not confuse them. the garrison units can possibly support you in battle, but may not be consumed.

the buildings that look like barracks are supposed to represent the garrison, that's where the garrison troops belong, this field is also labelled accordingly.

Judging by the story, it was more of a violent takeover than a real battle in Indochina. A few skirmishes here and there and some light resistance, but it should still be made a bit more interesting for the campaign.

Very well fought, General.

The last scenario should still be manageable, yes it is a bit harder than the previous ones and that was my intention to make it a worthy conclusion to the campaign. I'm sure you're also aware that in 1940 the Kuomintang and the Red Chinese were exerting very strong pressure on the Japanese troops and the Japanese supply lines were overstretched and completely overwhelmed due to the expansion of their occupied territory. in addition, the Chinese troops were gaining experience in fighting the Japanese, they were no longer the same as in 1937.

Thanks, Toby, for the compliment ))) Your praise made me play even better, and as a result, I completed the 1940 campaign for Japan as usual. Details in the screenshots and replay ) Just one comment: please give the Japanese paratroopers the ability to get back into the plane at airfields, as they then have to run on foot and there is no way for them to buy trucks )) Anyway, my friend, you've done a great job, I hope the sequel is not far off )))

I’ve been experimenting with the Panzer Corps 2 editor over the last few days and managed to create a small test scenario. While doing so, I noticed that the editor doesn’t feel as intuitive as the Panzer Corps 1 editor.
In PC1 it was very straightforward to create scenarios (draw a map, place units, set victory conditions). In PC2 the editor is much more powerful, but also feels more complicated – you really need to know exactly where to find each option, otherwise you spend a lot of time searching.

That's probably why my friend, they froze the Panzer Corps 2: Pacific addon.

Yes, it's a shame, the theme has so much potential. While creating the test scenario, I discovered that China doesn't have its own units, just the flag, and improvising with Russian or other units isn't the same. Okay, then you still have the USA or even the USSR as an opponent, which would provide a lot of material for scenarios or campaigns.

Hello,
there is news regarding the Yamato Campaigns 1937–40.

I have decided to rework them and merge them into one large campaign. There is quite a bit of work to do: some missions will be revised again, maybe a mission or two will disappear here and there, but I will try to possibly replace them with new ones.
I will also further develop the portrait and briefing window, where hero portraits, scenario graphics, and orders are displayed. Furthermore, throughout the entire campaign there will only be one general.
This will take quite a while – due to the updates from the PAK mod, a lot of new material has been added. For example, at the beginning I had the P-40 Warhawk fighting on the Chinese side due to a lack of other aircraft, but those will be replaced with plane types that actually existed at the time.
So, there’s plenty of work ahead.
Greetings,
Tobi.

This is excellent news but won't it affect the speed of your next terminator project ?

No no, I can't give you an exact date, but I'll be letting the machines off the leash sometime next week.
