the MOD is all set ... or I think it's ready ...
I have to look in the chaos of my files ... and try to publish it
now I'm a little tired.
you think that I'm playing with the vanilla panzercorps hahaha
however, try to publish the version 1.11 that identical or nearly to 1.10: D
