If I want to play a scenario in hotseat mode, what folder do I put it in?
I created a few test scens but they don't show up in the list of hotseat scens no matter what folder I put them in (sniffle)

My Games etc Scenarios folder.
And you have to select Multiplayer on the main menu, then select hot-seat.

No joy for me mate, my Hotseat listing always looks like this (below) with just the stock hotseat scens in it.
Can you confirm that all the DLC scenarios are in Slitherine > Order of Battle > Order of Battle-WW2 64 Data > Content > Campaigns ?
And to play one of the DLC scens in Hotseat I just fish it out of there and put it in Docs > MyGames> Order of Battle WW2 > Scenarios, is that right?
That's what I've been doing but like I said they don't show up in the Hotseat listing for some reason.

Aha, I think you need to click on a Custom button at some point to display custom scenarios.

Thanks, I'll look for a magic button, but meanwhile I might have found a solution by opening scenarios in the editor and ticking both players as 'Human' so that Hotseat mode will recognise it..

In order for a scenario to be played in hot seat mode there must be two human players (Scenario Settings > Alliances) In the event a scenario does not have two human players it cannot be played in hotseat mode.
I think the following on page 9 of the editor manual which you have already read says the following and may be the only thing in the editor that says anything about hot seat mode:
"More than one human alliance means it will be a multi-player scenario; therefore, the Launch Scenario button cannot be used. One human alliance must be temporarily reassigned to AI control or the scenario must be tested in Hot Seat mode."
The regular manual goes into more detail on or about pages 14,15 etc.
The trick is to click Multiplayer then on "New Game" then you see scenarios (on the right) that one can play via hot seat mode. Scroll down the scenario list.
What I can't figure out is that if I make a scenario and put two human players and this scenario is saved in the scenario folder it shows up in hot seat mode BUT - there are Other scenarios available in hot seat mode that come with the game they have gold stars next to them but I can't figure out what folder they are in.
So the key is to have two human players in Settings and have the scenario in the scenario folder then you can piddle with it in hot seat mode made sure if you are the only one doing hot seat mode and playing the scenario by yourself to get out of the chair each turn .... ???

The official single and multiplayer scenarios are found in the main game folder.
