Pool 3: Asia, Africa and the Americas Army - Result
Here are the results for Pool 3. Congratulations to Dave for overcoming his self-imposed handicap of only using armies from Whisky-producing nations to win the pool and achieve the highest individual score!

Congratulations to Richard, it looks like the effort in painting was worthwhile!
Thanks Kevin. And many thanks for organising the event.
Anglo-Dutch clearly isn't a bad army, although I note that it came last as well as first.

What a fluke!
Many thanks to Kevin for excellent organisation (also for allowing me to use dodgy pirates).
To Paddy for not having any idea how to use artillery

.
To Andy who did have an idea and whose unarmoured POA-less MF slaughtered my Superior Armoured Spearmen in Melee!!
To Brian for a total mismatch and for not decking me when I moaned that he'd killed a base.
Finally, to my team mates whose abyssal performance got me a bye and thus a third "win."
A great weekend, Warfare here I come.
Dave

"Abyssal" - as in, you think they should be thrown into a very, very deep hole ?

Yep, thanks to Kevin and to my opponents, RBS, Tony and Ben for three interesting and challenging games. Roll on Usk.
Steve.

You've seen their scores. They weren't thrown they jumped.
I particularly liked the way Martin lost an early tercio to shooting casualties. From bow armed cavalry!
