I think we should ve very selective about the the units that can change for now. We can always experiement with more later. We dont want to break the core mechanics which work really well.
Lets just stick to the AA guns?
I would not have a problem with AA guns only, although I hope Russian Assault Guns, StuG, and Sherman 105 retain their currently implemented transformer abilities, pending rebalance.
(Reduce range to 1 or 2, depending on unit, reduce soft attack rating on Russian artillery piece changed to ATG mode.)

Is there any anti-aircraft gun present in the game, Axis or Allied, that SHOULD NOT be used as multi-purpose weapon switching to anti-tank for whatever technical, performance or historical reasons?

I think all anti air guns (axis and allied) should be able to ground attack (switch)

If it´s really necessary (and it´s not

) that we have multifunctional units, the range of them should be 1 (in case of direct fire of arty and aa), just to limit their abilities.
But a question about arty: If the arty would be attacked by a soft target in this special mode (inf?) how would this affect the defending stat of the arty?

Also take in mind the smallest caliber ones should be consider anti personnel more than anti tank.
