I don't know but have you tried Battlefield Europe's MP version?

For those who love this scenario, I have prepared a huge map, the same events, and even more
350k hexes, almost the whole world. The scenario is called World at War for PAK 0,48 mode. If you want to play hotseat welcome this page -->

You mean, where should you put 1941 scenario?
I do not have gold edition but I guess to put it in your game folder with scenarios.
C:\Users\COMPUTER-USER-NAME\Documents\My Games\Panzer Corps\Scenario

You have to create a folder Scenario

are there any plans to further update it? there are some mistakes in territory names, i would be glad to help to fix that.

Why not but I need feedback what is necessary to update, about bug fix is not a big problem but I need good feedback - hex number, what kind of problem, which turn ect - more details

Do you mean the same size or bigger?
Small scenario 1941 last version was v6, big one map 1941 is called World at War but... it is for PAK mode:
