this is my advice as why the game won't work, and what you need to sort it out, in my opinion, there maybe others ways, but as i'm not in front of your pc, this is my advice from your report
the game needs a minimum of 4gb of base memory to run, your system has a total of 8gb of ram, which is fine, but your system is sharing 5gb of this to make the onboard vga quicker, tbh the card / chip while being above the base minimum for the game regarding speed is fine, but for memory eg base memory it's too low
Dedicated Memory: 979 MB
so my advice is, go into the bios on boot up and if there is an option to alter the amount of base system memory to give less to the onboard card / chip vga controller etc, do this first, then you also need to update the drivers on both of your sound cards, and if there is no more upto date ones for the Audials Sound Capturing one, disable it, and see if the game works then, as Realtek High Definition Audio is DirectX compatible but the Audials Sound for DirectX 11 maybe not be, so if you can't update this eg find and install windows 64bit drivers which are more up to date and DirectX 11 sound compatible, you have have either to uninstall it or disable it.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 has Microsoft® DirectX® 11 Support so once the bios memory has been altered, if it can be in bios, some motherboards bios support this, some don't, without this, you may have to alter the game to run at the very lowest settings and have a clean profile on boot, so just steam and your AV is loaded to even have the barest of chance for the game to run,...
as atm with Display Memory: 5060 MB assigned, you don't have enough base system memory left over to run the game plus windows 10
