Poznan and Danzig Corridor updated (all scenarios will get the same updates):
Whenever the Germans occupy a former Polish airstrip and the location is free of Polish units in a 2-hex radius, a German airstrip is spawned.
Added river names to all river hexes, but only the locations at each end has flags and thus visible on-map names. The river names (and some multi-hex city names) will display in the terrain window in the bottom user panel.

Hi Erik,
It's about the "RailStation" Primary Objective in Poznan scenario.
I think that a Railstation without train is not really a Railstation.
Here are 3 examples of Railstation with a train (the example n°3 is my preferred) :

Heavy Infantry could protect the train by Mortar Barrage :

I played in Posen Scn again, but these 3 units in the east of the map (2 tankettes and 1 cavalry) are still inactive.

Terminator:
A Rail Station is still a Rail Station after the trains have left :D In this scenario it is simply the name of the location.
There is no train unit in the game, only armored trains. And adding one of those may unbalance the scenario as they are hard to destroy and shoot back...

If I am going to enjoy the fruits of your labor, the least I can do is to assist you when you ask. I will be joining these beta tests. I will not replicate commentary already made; only if I come up with something new will I post.

You're welcome! Other players have only reported on the first scenario yet, you may of course start with Danzig if you like.

Poznan updated to force those two stubborn Polish units to participate.
Please see first post.

Erik, this tankette up here, northeast of Konin, doesn't seem to do much. It's been sitting there for the whole scenario, waiting to be wiped out.

As a matter of fact, if you look closely here, you will see that there are, in fact, six Polish units remaining (I lifted the fog of war), while the Secondary Objectives screen reports only 4 units left. I wonder if that tankette (and maybe one other?) is actually doing anything in the scenario. I am going to show it mercy for now, to see how the scenario ends with it "still alive."

OK, I found one answer. Your objective states "Destroy all enemy infantry, cavalry, armor, and AT units." That does not include AA units and two of those remaining Polish units are 40 mm Bofors, an anti-aircraft gun. That answers that question. Still, the stationary tankette may need to be looked at unless you intend it to be a surprise or something to hunt for and find, as in "Where the heck is that last unit?"

I fixed a couple of other Polish units in the south, I'll take a look at this northern bloke later (the wife wants to see a movie now, a soldier's life ain't easy  )
Thanks for reporting!

Well, here's a few things. First, that "northern bloke" never moved, but he proved to be a tough customer!

Second, at the end of my turn 20, I was in control of Poznan, Konin, and Kalisz as you see here, but I still lost! (And, the outcome 2_2 photo did not appear). As somebody else pointed out, as I took Konin and Kalisz, those objectives remained red "X'ed" throughout. Sure, I took the last one in my turn 20, but I still should have won the scenario. :(

There's a hint, maybe, if you look closely at the turn indicator: Turn 21 of 20?

Sorry for the multiple posts, but I wanted to understand what happened. I reloaded an auto save, and this was the end of my 20th turn. I was in control of all of the primary objectives, as you can see (trust me, there were German flags flying over the Rail Station and Glogau):

But when I hit the hour glass to end the turn, expecting the commendation of my superiors for a job well done, I got this instead:

I am dismissed!

In the scenario "Arctic Fox" (Winter war), you have to destroy 2 Trains (strength = 2) as secondary objective.
In the original scenario Poznan (Panzercorps), there are 2 specific locations you don't use called "Polish Checkpoint".

I feel your pain, no matter what I do "vor du* ze vor ist fertig" :)
*We were just good friends.
Oh, and those last three entrenched units still won't come out to play.

I see that I could have used low-strength armor trains.
But killing trains is not an objective in the Poznan scenario anyway (not in the original PzC either).
I did not name the Checkpoints with flags, it kind of give the locations away :D

But don't say I don't take advice from my play-testers

I already regret your offer to test :D
The passive Polish units is hopefully easy to dealt with.
But the ending suddenly switching (and a turn-21???) is a puzzle.... and you are the only one experiencing this.
I'll remove the 'end-of-scenario' trigger from the victory conditions and see if this helps.

I have had this happen with some of the stuff I've tested. Basically it occurs whenever the victory/defeat trigger fires after the final turn, and the game clicks over another one before bringing the message up.
