Might I suggest that the next attempt at FOG U be attempted on Android?

Here’s why:

1. There will be a lower amount of users - so even if things go wrong, the volume of feedback will be manageable.

2. Your fee for an Android release will be quite a bit less than that of a PC game. Who then, could complain with vigor over such a modest sum?

3. The Android War Gaming community is starved of quality titles - as many Android ‘War Game” releases involve cringe-worthy non-Grognardy things such as Gold Coins and Leaderboards. Even a flawed submission would be welcomed and then constructive, warm-hearted feedback is surely to flow to you rather than any ill-tempered foot stamping over ruining an existing system.

If you should choose this course, I will offer my services whole heartedly as Beta Tester and advocate for your cause.

Admittedly – a bit cheeky on my part but not meant to be antagonistic.

The suggestion is constructive as I do like FOG in general and I do believe FOG U would benefit from a lower profile re-release amongst consumers of lower gaming standards.

The PC Gaming market is a bit tough as there are many good titles – so the grading criteria can be a bit harsh.

The Android world is currently populated with “winners” such as Boom Beach and Glory of Generals as “War Games”. Even a FOG U Android release with some dents and scratches would be more kindly received than on the PC. And then the release could slowly be brought to optimal status without so much pressure.

Might be worth considering …
