By the way , this game is more worth than 5 Dollars.

If i should be off next year so my wife has killing me for purchasing to much slitherine games this year

Regardless of engines:

Korea is often an interesting one to play, with similar battle lines to ww2 (though smaller - one guy appears tough and takes a heap of stuff. another just holds on and then gets rid of the first.)

However, Vietnam isn't a very good war to base any strategic type games on (stuff similar to Combat Mission in Vietnam would be very interesting though) - wherever the US goes, it wins. Only you can't keep an army on every square inch of Vietnam, and so eventually revolt will break out and get rid of them (or more they aren't there). Having to 'whack-a-mole' enemy units is VERY annoying and probably not much fun (I stopped playing Making History a few months ago because of it), so why would anyone want to fight a war that runs like a massive whack-a-mole game for 20yrs.

well for £3.00 i dont think so, it's a small basic early level type war game, so it's not going to be competing against major titles, and was not meant to be either

i bought today the game and found already some problems:

- when i saved the game and play directly again i get always around 2000 prestige points extra
- it's raining but my planes can bombing

hope a update will fix this problems...

rain doesn't stop bombs, or flying, thats only bad weather like heavy rain and clouds and high wind tbh, so not really a bug, as rain in the game is only light

okay, with the rain it's not really a bug .

the game just crash and before the at-infantry was driving in the boat to the bunker .

i know it's not so expensive game but like that it makes no fun to play...

Just chiming in to say I have the Android version as well as the PC.

Bought the PC accidentally

I would not say there is anything overly wrong about the game. This is a game meant for tablet, and just happens to be possible on PC as well.

But it's the sort of game you choose when you want to kill time on the porch at the cottage, or the toilet, or the lazyboy after a long day.

Panzer Corps is a lot more game than this and is like a mid way game from something like WitE would be.

Remember guys, it's 3 bucks, not 40 and not 80 You have to keep that in mind when comparing to industry heavy weights.

Just purchased this game for Apple IPAD and started to play it

Overall, good game, but somewhat buggy - biggest complaint is that trying to select some of hexes to place new troops or move them is difficult at times - thex that is most difficult is the paratrooper drop for the hex closest to the hill top

para drops can be caught by wind so drops aren't always where you want them to go i think

OK - but when I am successful in putting a para drop in to this hex, the para trooper is still very difficult it not impossible to move

10094 views, would have been nice if 10.000 had bought and played it, and it's a good game and has been missed by many here tbh
