For what it's worth; I didn't have any gliches or or conflicts with beta or public release. Game functionally works fine. Ditto 1.01.

However, I have not noticed any game play changes. Read above, but makes no sense. I'm on Barbarosa now; SOS so far.

This is bothering me, I purchased a original copy of the game, got my activation code by email, but when trying to introduce the activation code during the installation of the Beta Patch keep getting the same message “Invalid Serial Number“

Why thats happening when Im just typing the activation code I got after purchasing the original copy of the game?

Any clues at all, please?

The file is zipped. So first you've to unzip it with this code:
pzc-pt-1.01-09-08-11

Then after having unziped, you'll have to run the exe file. During the install it will ask for your serial.
Use the serial of your game, the one you used to install the game.

Seems I didnt explain myself quite clear

I got the compressed file, and I got the code u posted there, Im able to extract the file and execute it, “BUT“ after doing so Im prompted with a SERIAL CODE, and even having both (the one I used for the BETA testing and the other one I have cause I PURCHASED AN ORIGINAL COPY OF THE GAME) NO one WORKS

Is quite simple, again and again...while installing Im prompted for a serial code...Even knowing I have it while using the serial code of the game I purchased...seems it doesnt work, and while trying the other one the one I got cause of the Beta testing that doesnt work as well.

So?

The serial from the beta won't work here. Just the serial from the game you purchased, is valid for beta patch.
But it seems that in your case, is not working.
So I'll ask for your patience, because only after 22 of August they will be able to solve for this kind of issues.

I'll take notice of your case and PM Iain when he's back.
However I suggest you to report now your issue to info@slitherine.co.uk. Please, write your order details in the email.
Again, sorry for your troubles.

I wonder, is this expected?

It is if you have changed either of those files. Even if you just open them after changing the values back to normal I wonder if it still thinks a change has been made? In any case, the system has detected that something is different about your files as compared to what is expected.

Hmm, I don't ever remember even looking at those files...

Anyone having trouble with serial number be careful to remove any leading or trailing spaces as this will cause the check to fail.

That's usually the culprit. BTW, I use a version of decompressor that has an option which allows me to SHOW the password string I am pasting, I suggest that should always be turned on.

Yes, you can.

Place the unit as normal.
Shift-click to get the unit parameters dialog box.
Click the Edit Trigger button
Add time condition
Set the turn you want the unit to appear
Save it all.
Test.

Cheers

Yes. It's just whether you check the Core/Auxiliary setting in the unit parameters that determines which they are. By default it's Core.

I should add that I haven't checked the core reinforcements, so it's possible they won't come as reinforcements but it's worth a try.
