John, what you say makes sense. I do not think they should be invadable earlier and why would you wish to if they will join you anyway? For the system as you describe I think it is set up reasonably well - just make sure you handle Vichy as a pro-Axis neutral in 3 parts.

What are the dates you set for the Axis Allies to join, anyway? I agree Russia should join, but I would set the date to 1942 or so, but either way it works.

USSR is set to enter the war at latest October 1941 but can easily be adjusted. We will see what the testers think
