There is a new game on the drawing board, but no info has been released yet on what it will cover aside from the fact it will not be Napoleonic due to scale issues, which also probably rules out later large scales such as American Civil War.\
I think we can expect continued support of FOG2 via updates to fix issues, introduce minor tweaks not requiring any massive amount of time/money, and maybe some adjustments to existing lists or new ones utilizing current models.

Couldn't they just scale up the number of men per block? Works for Sengoku Jidai. Either way the one era I'd say is missing is linear warfare, 18th and early 19th century. Would love to have some campaigns based on the Wars of Louis XIV and Frederick the Great for example.

Field of glory III would be best for me. Nothing comes close to the diversity and theme of the last three centuries before Jesus Christ ,Son of man. The diadochi in the east ,Rome ,Carthage, other Greeks ,hybrid pontus, medians, armenians , then even wilder diadochi in the form of baktria ,Gauls and other celts etc. Whatever game comes out tho I hope they wont compromise much on the skins as they did in fog 2

Horse & Musket period. 17th/18th century is my educated guess.
That would be great. There are so few games that cover that period.

Is the Renaissance (FOGR) and the conquest of America by the conquistadors planned on the FOG2 engine or as a separate game?
