Hi there - i am playing macedonia in the new persian expansion - and have conqured most of thrace -the populations in these regions are understandably small - but i still dont seem to be generating any infrapoints - they are all in minus figures.if i devote all my citizens in a region to building stuff, they still dont seem be able to build - any idea what i need to be doing to start generating some infra growth here?

You need to set the pops to infra and then your original region must provide the provide food and more infra by using most of its pop on food and infra. When you have a province a part of the produced and stored gets distributed among all regions every turn.
