Slitherine

I find the 1st half of this game really great. However, then it appears that to have a chance win you have to focus almost entirely on culture builds. Are there other strategies to pursue?

For Persia DLC: The only alternative is stopping/killing Persia or blackmailing Egypt/Persia to give you legacy
