If there are no supplied on-map airfields and you have airborne paras you get a fuel warning when ending the turn.
(There is off map air support in the scenario and regular air units in the skies).

This is kind of odd since the airborne units will drop one way or the other at some point the next 14 turns...

Note the red out-of-supply hexes at the start of the turn.

I assume it checks if you can reach an airfield in time, so if there's none it starts moaning

Yeah, is kinda odd - I can bring it up internally, but not sure there's a quick solution for it.
