..the spawn points that keep on giving. It would be nice if the RPs were the same, the Americans receive none.

Now that is odd.
Nothing was changed in this version regarding supply ships.
It it like a water-borne corona virus...
All this happened in a single turn, the 13th?

I wonder if your version of the scenario is corrupted.
I checked the original, no US supply ship spawns any turn (except the reserve at start) and the US get some resource income about every 2-3 turns.

Supply spawned from the beginning, they'll come in useful for mine sweeping! The British player has the same supply problem and I think only the Canadians receive RPs. The additional RN units arrived successfully. I'm holding out for Patton's second landing, though it may not show up due to my lack of RPs.
To be clear, the extra ships are deployed by me.. I can't help myself, it's addictive

as there is not much else to do at the moment.

I think I would have waved with a white flag
...and started all over.

So 3.0 is ok and two of us corruptly installed our downloads?

It might be only the player who set up the challenge that got a corrupted download.
I'm guessing the MP works like this:
I think the PBEM server only check that you have a folder with the correct scenario name on the recipient player's PC.
Then the scenario with the turn is downloaded. So you're basically sending a file back and forth.
I may be wrong about this, of course, but 2 players with an original corrupted scenario file seems unikely.
Now the scenario itself may be corrupted, but at least I couldn't find anything wrong with it in the editor.
It is basically the same scenario we played earlier with jkuro except for adjustments to resource income and maybe some other small changes.

Thanks for that reply, sounds a more plausible reason for the mess the Allies are in. Time to ask the Germans if they'd like to start again
