Hey, first of all, awesome game!

I came across a case where i'm not sure if i'm seeing a bug or if i'm not understanding the rules fully:

In the Epic Battle of 'Taginae' I wanted to charge my Ostrogothic lancers on the Byzantine dismounted archers, but the result it proposes seems off, with 40% loss risk for the lancers.
It seems that the archers get +100 POA for proctected Armor to my +25 for armoured, as if the "protected" is forced counted at max, despite being less armor, here is a screen to help:

Hi, I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the game.

There is no bug here. The word "Protected" in this case does not refer to the armour rating of the Byzantine archers. The archers are defending ditches and so they count as Protected by the ditch and get +100 POA in both the Impact and Melee phases.

Armour ratings do not count in Impact, but they do count in melee, so you will see that in the melee phase the Ostrogothic Lancers have a +25 POA armour advantage due them having more armour than the archers.
