Nakarusakei skill Ancient does nothing? Also suplicate DD design

1. I have leader Nakarusakei, on level up I increased skill "Ancient" (based on icon I thought it would ad research or something). Bonus next to skill ancient still says 0 and it seems this level-up did nothing and wasted the skill point.
2. I deleted DD design Knight which was there from previous game. I created new DD design Knight. On build screen both design show which is confusing and the deleted design should not be there.
