DLCs and Steam?

I have my annual coupon, but I own FOG2 and some DLCs from Steam.
If I buy them from Slitherine here, can they simply be converted into Steam DLC in my Steam Library?

The remaining DLCs for FOG2 (originally, I just had Roman and Macedonian).
