Given the next patch is some weeks away ...

Here is another minor change in a single file that will make trading factors distance between exporter and importer. It will lead to more sensible trading and probably less frustrations for some of you
How to install:
Open the zip
Drag&drop the file to this directory:
\Empires\Data\scripts

You should be prompted if you want to overwrite region.bsf

Do we need to keep the lines involving RPPO_TEST_, or are those just for debugging?

They never trigger given the conditions are never true, so you can leave them, it is harmless.
