I hope this is the correct place to post this problem. I am new to online gaming and have had no problems paying Battle Academy 1 and 2 games on an IPad. However one game on Battle Acadamy 1 is now stuck. I am unable to open it to take my turn and upload it to the server. I am now getting messages saying that I have tried to upload this game several times and I may be denied access to the server. I have tried to abandon the game, but this hasn't worked either. Please help. Obviously my opponent must think I have simply lost interest in the game, which I don't feel comfortable with. I would be very grateful for a resolution as I have enjoyed my relatively new experience of online gaming. Thank you.

What happens when you try and go into the game? Does it crash? Does it hang?
