Region sort order by province

Could the regions please please be sorted by province? So that 'next' always goes through all regions of a province (if you start with the first of course) without jumping to a different province?
That way you can go through each province more easily.

I second that. It'd be a nice quality of life improvement, if it wasn't a lot of work.

Also on the subject of UI regarding province/region, could you add a small icon to the region view that signals if the current region is the capital of its province?
I find that whenever I get a good military building in the shuffle, I have no idea if the current region is the capital of its province, so I have to switch to the province view and then back. Very small issue of course, but an improvement would be nice.
