Question about prestige

Hello everybody,
I'm working on a new campaign and when I wanted to set the player's initial prestige it went strange. Only one of the scenario I've created behaves weird while all other assign the correct amount of prestige which is written in the Data/campaign file. In that campaign file I set the campaign's initial prestige to 200 but ingame I get a different value (I saw between 300 and 500) which changes every time I restart the campaign. I've turned off the "soft cap" in the Data/gamerules (but btw I don't know what it is actually) and it doesn't work.
Can anybody help me ?
Thank you in advance,
Greetings

Difficulty level changes the amount allocated at the start

Hello glaude1955,
I just checked the Data/diff file and then I've set the prestige modifier for all difficulty levels to 100%. But it didn't change anything, my campaign is still starting with a different prestige value at every time.
Thank you anyway for your answer, I'll try to look even further.
Greetings

In this case, check if it is your file that is supported (being a mod) and not the vanilla file

OK thanks, but it seems to be OK as the other campaigns I've created follow the modifications made on campaign file well and as I made a "stock" mod folder independent of GME (in a separate location).
However I'm wondering if the units present in the scenario have an impact on the starting prestige. Does the number (and total cost of them) has an influence on the starting prestige via a modifier ? I thought that it may be the softcap which makes things upside down but even when I disabled it, the starting prestige is still fluctuating from one try to another.
