Per the description, the Training Ground (TG) building in an independent Region provides a "Bonus of 5 XPs when a unit is created" (in that Region).
How does it work for multiple TGs in a Province, especially for Province-unique units

• Does the benefit stack (each Training Ground in the Province adds 5 XP each)?

• Does only a TG in the Province capital (Region w/Governors Palace) count?

• Do any number of TGs in a Province (as long as at least one) provide only 5XP max?

Good question as you can't see it on the province build screen how much xp a unit is going to have.

Answer from a thread on Steam, by the developer:

You won't see the exact XP value but you can see the XP level a unit will have if it is recruited in your province, by mousing over the lightning symbol in the unit info card.

The rule is that all XP-boosting buildings will provide their full value if they are in the regional capital, and all others (up to 3 to be precise per type) in the province will provide 50%.
So if you have 5 barracks in your province, one in the capital and 4 elsewhere, you get 3x what a barrack provides, XP-wise.

Which of these number is it?

It's the experience level. However, you only get the level from the production menu screen. To see the actual xps count, you have to produce one of the units and Ctrl+cursor over the unit to get the total value. It's unfortunately not possible to print screen that image. I always make a National Arsenal Province where trained units are created. You also get +10 xps for a Golden Age and some governments and rulers grant bonuses at unit creation. So it pays to pump out units when everything is to your advantage.
