Trade Transaction Error: Erroneous Clause Label (BP: 0)

Reposting this in the correct forum...
I recently experienced an odd trade error. My ally Teutones offered a trade deal and my side of the transaction window was filled with entries listed as !!Erroneous clause label (BP: 0). The only entries that made sense were two Provide Unit requests for Celtic Cavalry (prov). Also, as pointed out by fellow forum member poesel71, the AI is offering two transactions' worth of gold. Is that a bug or feature to allow greater fine tuning of clauses?
