LF not fleeing

In the picture below the LF archer in good going did not evade the charge of the disrupted, superior Veteran Dailami with a general. I have never seen this before and thought a LF in open going would always evade when being charged by a non-light.

Probably because they are defending an obstacle?

That's correct, defending behind an obstacle does not count as being in Open.

Ok I see what you are saying. I never considered being outside an obstacle was the same as being inside the obstacle but it does make sense. Thanks.
PS
On second thoughts though my LF never stay in combat inside the obstacle or for that matter inside a BUA. They sometimes do in rough going and I think mostly in difficult. Is there a test to see of they evade when defending an obstacle or BUA?
