Hi There
Something came up in the game tonight, a BG of Cav in a single line entered some terrain and were disordered. I was shot at by some light Bow outside the terrain and lost took a test failed now what happens are they frag it seems a double hit. Could'nt find it in the rules, what happens when cav come out of the disordering terrian they can't drop a level....I bet I'm missing something but can't find it.

Hi David

My impression is disorded and disrupted are 2 separate streams and a BG can only go to fragmented from disrupted yet a BG can still go to disrputed whilst disordered.

Hope I am right and that makes sense.

Rob

What rob said is right.

You are disordered, and then disrupted. When you come out of disordering terrain you are still disrupted until you bolster.

Disorder in FoG can be confusing I've found, especially if you've played a lot of Ancients before using those "other" rules. To me it's best to think of Disorder as a Terrain Effect, but that's hard to do when it's been a combat result, interpenetration, push back, etc result for so many, many years.
