TT Mod problem?

I'm trying to play my first turn in the Biblical section of the Digital League, but when the turn tries to load it presents an error telling me it can't find a particular unit and when I click okay a couple of times the game crashes. I am using the new TT mod (otherwise I'd not have been able to accept my opponent's challenge), how do I overcome this?

Thanks Mike,
I will have to pass this on to Pip to investigate.
That missing unit should be in the TT Mod, it is certainly in mine. It is possible that you might have a corrupted download and that unit might be missing, so perhaps you could look in your My Documents/My Games/FieldOfGlory2/MULTIPLAYER/TT_Mod_MPV1.5.28/Data/BATTLE/Units folder to check if you have the Early_Cit_Hoplites_0.s4f file in there.
It should look just like this:
If it is not there, I think we have found the problem.
cheers

Thanks for such a swift response, Paul.
The file indicated is present and the date/time and size match up with the one in your illustration.

Hi Mike,
Is it the same file size? I have just sent a pm to Pip to investigate this issue. Unfortunately he is on a different time zone to us, so he probably won't see it for another 5 hours at least.
Good luck.

I don't think that error message indicates that the model is missing. I am fairly sure it indicates that the unit Early_Cit_Hoplites is not in the squads.csv file.
So what Mike needs to check is the
My Documents/My Games/FieldOfGlory2/MULTIPLAYER/TT_Mod_MPV1.5.28/Data/Squads.csv file
It is probably either missing or corrupted.
However, the easiest thing to do is probably redownload the whole Mod.

The file size is 6,227, and although I can't see the entire file size in your illustration it does begin 6,2 - so looks close enough. I am downloading a new version of the Mod now, just in case it's just a corruption problem, especially given what RBS has observed.
I will let you know if the problem resolves itself.

My
Data folder consists only of a
Battle folder, which contains folders named
Banners,
Units and
UNITTEXTURES. There is no
squads.csv file anywhere to be found.
I am in the process of downloading a new copy of the Mod, in the hope that might resolve the problem, but thanks for your help, Richard, it is much appreciated.

Apologies, I was thinking of the main game file tree structure.
In the mod file tree, the Squads.csv file should be in
My Documents/My Games/FieldOfGlory2/MULTIPLAYER/TT_Mod_MPV1.5.28/

The Data folder should also contain a Scripts sub folder like this:
So yes, it does look like your original download was corrupted.
BTW, the Squads.csv file should be directly in the TT mod folder, not within the Data folder, as mods have a slightly different file structure to the main game. So it should look like this:

The file was not present anywhere, and in fact, having now downloaded the Mod again, I can see there were an awful lot files missing from the original version.
The fresh download has solved the problem and all seems to be working as it should be.
I am now embarrassed that my first response wasn't to simply re-download the Mod. I am old enough and wise in enough (in theory) to have figured that out for myself.
I am very grateful for your help, Richard. Thank you.
Hope to meet you on the battlefield sometime.

The fresh download has solved the problem, Paul, clearly the original download was corrupted.
I really ought to have done that for mysefl before bothering you, and I am sorry for having failed to do that.
Thank you so much for your help, Paul.
