These look as though they'll be rather nice from Perry Miniatures - http://theminiaturespage.com/news/3926/

Hooray!!!

Just what I have been waiting for. (Well I was waiting for the Wargames Factory HYW ones, but I am not holding my breath).

I have to admit that these look rather sexy but reading between the lines I suspect that Wargames Factory may well get theirs into production before the Perrys. In the last few weeks Wargames Factory seem to have finally managed to get into their stride as they have released three sets in a fortnight.

Perry's say 6 months and are pretty reliable - no indication that I can see from WF. I'd bet on Perrys at the moment

I have used 1/72 scale soft plastic figure to make 25mm armies. I would prefer hard plastic figures that are bigger than 1/72 scale 22mm. I would prefer figures with less parts --- Hat are producing a range of hard plastic 28mm that may be what I will use.

What do people want --- multi part or simple figures that may only have a seperate part for a shield and a weapon?

Multi part make great looking armies --- no pun. I like to make lots of different forces so simple figures that require little work putting together are what I want.
