Gold revenue issue that appeared after the last patch in a multiplayer pbem.

Every turn the treasure loses 8-9k in gold and I don't understand why. It is not related to the construction of units nor to diplomatic treaties.
In the image capture turn I lost 8k in gold for no apparent reason.

The same has happened to me.

I was playing Carthage and had to accumulate 12000 gold (sophtim's orders). I spent 20 turns trying to do this. Two turns before the deadline I had around 11000 gold and a healthy surplus of 700 per turn.

Then it went from 11000 to 9000 gold in a single turn for no apparent reason.

Is there any hidden rule I didn't consider or is it a bug?

It's probably due to the Administrative Burden crossing a threshold. I'll see if I can smooth the AB expenses.
