This is how:
Graphics

The "CampaignFlag_USA" file replaces the unfinished version in \Content\Graphics\Campaign\Flags.
The files "gruppe_monsun" and "unrestricted_submarines" are added to \Content\Graphics\UI\Specialisations to provide missing icon images.
While you're at it:
Language (copy the file to the desktop, edit it there, then copy it over the original in \Content\Language)

english_7.txt (remove the word "warfare" and pluralize "Submarine"):
spec_unrestricted_submarines_title = Unrestricted Submarines
Looks good:
