One of my historical references, Mr Smith, says that the Romans and the Galatians never fought together as allies. He says that they fought against each other. Maybe some Galatian auxiliaries in the Roman army. Any thoughts?

Considering Galatians led by Amyntas fought at Actium together with Octavian against Marc Antony and Cleopatra, the galatians are guaranteed to have fought as allies with the romans.
