infantry and tank reduction option. in the early campaigning most units are 2/3 slot cost. so how does the 25% reduction work? does it reduce an overstrenghted unit ALSO. for example would a 5 cost unit with 3 cost overstrength, for a total of 8. only use 6 slots? thanks for any help. or if you don't like/don't use either of these 2 options, which other options do you prefer and why? any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think you've posted in the wrong forum. This is for Panzer corp 1. I'm guessing your question is about the panzer/infantry general traits in Panzer corps 2.
To answer. They round to nearest whole number.
So 2 slot tank (PzI) becomes 1.5 which rounds to 2. So no change.
3 slot tank (PzII) becomes 2.25 which rounds to 2.
OS is impacted but actually I'm not sure of it does the 25% off before or after OS. This is some thing you can test though.
A PzI OS to 15 would be 4 slots if the 25% reduction is calculated before or 3 slots if its after.
A PzII OS to 15 would be 5 slots if before and 4 slots if after.
It does include transports for Infantry. Volkssturm are 2 slots base (so gain no benefit from infantry general) But if you add a half track to them they go up to 3 slots and infantry general then pulls it back to 2!

I've only played 1 campaign so far and yes I used Panzer General..
Infantry general really isn't worth it unless you use a lot of infantry.
