Slitherine

I have followed the guide (http://archonwiki.slitherine.com/index. ... es_Modding) to start modding.
In the SETUP_FACTIONS.CSV any changes I make will result in me not being able to chose any faction.
For example, on ROW 58 COL L, I change the "GlobalProdAmount[0]" from 10 to 20 and start up the game.
I cannot chose any factions, see Pic1.

I have also tried to change STRUCTURES.CSV file (which I have moved to "User" location).
For example, on ROW 102 COL BX, I changed "Garisson_Amount1" from 1 to 3.
There I get an error for "ALIAS" (0), see Pic2.

I'm using LibreOffice and saving the files as CSV.
Does anyone know how I can get it to work?

I resolved the issue.
When using LibreOffice I had to set the "Seperator Options" to only Semicolon.

Indeed ... I think that's a common issue between Europeans and Americans (if only there was only this one )
