I am currently going through my second play through of Panzerkrieg, and have had a string of now game breaking bugs that may have ruined a few hours, if not days worth of progress.

It started when I began saving my replays. For some reason the game always crashes when I save my replays and I am forced to restart from the end turn auto save. Upon saving my winterstorm replay, I booted the game up again to find that the autosave had instead gone to the campaign menu rather than the end turn auto save.

Correct me if I am wrong but if you relive the 6th Army at Stalingrad, should't you get a pin on the map? The map pins have also been bugged since the new patch and require me to re-open the menu to read them. When I began Operation Star, I got three turns in when an SS infantry unit was attacked by a soviet infantry unit, and they units merged, resulting in me losing control of that unit, and while it hadn't been killed, the game considered it lost. Upon the end of the turn I got a critical error save added to my game.

So my question is what to do next? I am really hoping the game just got bugged and it did count my victory at Winterstorm. I have the save file ready, but while I wait to resolve this issue, I will head back to my Sandstorm campaign.

Well, I don't have your problems regarding saving replays, but I can confirm a new issue with the campaign pins. I don't see them in regular campaign play, only after reloading a savefile from the campaign screen, then they appear.

And the Panzerkrieg/"6th army issue" was mentioned like thousand times and (to my knowledge) ain't still working right...

Since this is my second play through, I did not get this bug the first time around. I think I'm just going to have to move on without the support of the 6th Army at Kursk. A real shame but that is what I get for not saving manually

If you attach the savegame I'll forward it to the tech folks. Things like this which don't happen consistently are always difficult to track so saves could be helpful indeed.
