As the title says -- the starting roster looks bare and the merc infantry appears to be a swordsman unit, yet the Saite dynasty was heavily reliant on Greek mercenary hoplite foot. Is it doable? I won't have time to test until tonight and I want to try a faction that has some meat to its roster!

I'm currently playing Egypt and their military is absolutely abysmal at the start of the game and with the huge decadence from your cultural wonders you will struggle to take more than a few provinces in the early turns! Their potential is huge though!
