Strange Graphic Appears on every move or action

Oob 8.4.4
I have this strange graphic appearing - looks like a bomb sight - it is always present and moves around the battlefield as the action moves from unit to unit but is also present everywhere in the UI
Please see screenshots
It first appeared in 8.4.3 I believe
Any ideas?

This graphical glitch has long appeared from time to time. I feel like it appears when we’re scrolling too fast and it doesn’t have time to disappear(?) Save and reload then it disappears.

Have you guys tried to enable Vertical Synch in your video card?

Thanks for the replies. It is weird - as the previous poster says - if you save and reload, these spurious graphics are no longer there but then come back after a few units combat actions

HI,
We've had a hint from elsewhere that this might be related to AA units?
In your games, have you noticed if it's any particular type of unit that causes this icon to persist?

Yes, I noted this with the AA units today.

Yes - it just occurred as focus shifted to an AA - Please see screenshot

Yes, AA with transports.
I think it was Horst who figured that out. That post should be around somewhere.
It can be removed by mouse-wheel zoom on a part of the map without visible units.
EDIT: Yeah, confirmed just now. RedSteel, Kharkov, the 85mm aux piece in the south. I think that was also a factor, there had to be an
aux. AA with transport in the scen for it to happen.
It appeared over an enemy plane as preview and switched to the three mines after I zoomed out. One way to remove it (without restart) is to move the visible screen out of the focus of the affected AA unit and then zoom. But if you move over the AA unit again and zoom - yep, it's back again.

Huh so that's what the deal is. Since it never really impacted gameplay I ignored it, although it is kind of annoying. And the advice about fiddling with zoom works pretty well.

There were not as many of these graphics bugs before the last update 8.4.4.
Why don’t these bugs disappear at the beginning of each turn?

It happened the same with me. Btw, after this new update, the game freezes many more times than before and other strange imperfections on graphics appear. I'll send pics asap.

Rather infrequently the tooltip texts remain "attached" to my cursor and won't go away until I hover over some other item with a different tooltip. But that's super minor.

Once or twice I've seen units turn giant too. Definitely caught me off guard the first time it happened.
