How do I create a supply point that can be captured? I mean one that still works (but for the opposite side) when an enemy take it. I notice that supply points usually stopto work when they care taken.

Supply points by default works for both sides unless the designer specifically creates triggers that (add or) remove supply points.

When you capture a supply point, it does not immediately turns to your side. There's an "interim period", when the supply point marker turns red. You must wait, usually 4 turns until it becomes white and the supply point will work for your forces.

If you put a Supply Point on a Hex WITHOUT a flag, then it changes ownership immediately.

The challenge is to convey to the user that you've done that :)

True, I didn't mention that.

Is that possible to remove supply points?

The scenario designer can script the removal of a supply point when certain conditions are met.
The player can't add or remove supply points in-game.
Strategic bombers can reduce the supply output of a hex. I believe the supply will slowly regain the original output.

You need Engineers or similar to restore Supply to bombed hexes I think.
