Bug - war exhaustion not included in peace score %

Apologies if this is a well known bug already.

For a while I have not been able to figure out in one of my games why the peace score % was not the sum of the various factors above, it was 8% too low. By working through a variety of games and peace scores, I have determined that the problem is the war exhaustion factor, in any game and situation where it is listed a peace consideration.

If the factor "War exhaustion is beginning to tell +8%" is listed it will not be included in the chance of peace % at the bottom (so the peace % is 8% lower than it should be).
Similarly if "War exhaustion is becoming crippling" is listed it will also not be included in the peace % (so the peace % is 25%? lower than it should be).

I am hoping this will be fixed in the next version. I can probably provide a screen shot as evidence if required.

This morning Steam updated my copy of FOGE which surprised me because I didn't think there would be a patch until the 21st with Rsiing Falcon. It seems though that this was a partial patch - my impression is that many of the issues discussed here in recent times were not included.

In particular, this recently reported bug (war exhaustion missing from peace %) was still there and so were the problems with client states regions not being included in peace negotiations and the 12 clause limit on peace negotiations. I am hopping they will be coming next week with Rising Falcon.

There seemed to have been considerable change to the weight given to regions being captured or ceded in peace negotiations though.

There is no patch release I know about, I'll inspect that ...
