I noticed in this scenario that mountains do not block supply and only high mountains do.

I swear normal mountains blocked supply normally, am I going mad or is the scenario set this way on purpose,

Actually I just realised wheeled units can move on mountains....which is the thing that determines if supply can be traced. Some days I'm just stupid.....
