Unit Experience option in editor

Hello everyone
Please can I put in a plea that the next patch switches on the unit experience setting in the editor? At the moment I'm onto my 4th big multiplayer scenario design - but the fact that every unit bought during the course of a game comes in at 0* rating by default is irritating. I want to be able to simulate green or conscript garrison units in Normandy for example, but when every unit bought during the course of the game comes in at the same experience rating as the units pre deployed on map it makes a bit of a mockery of good scenario design.
I'm thinking it is probably quite an easy fix to activate? As an avid scenario designer can it be done?
Being really picky it would be great in the long term future if ,in addition to choosing if an in-game purchased unit is default strength or purchased over strength, the experience level of the unit could also be determined at point of purchase. Sliding scale of prestige costs according to experience level. Less easy perhaps than just switching on the current unit experience setting in the editor - but if we don't ask then we probably don't get...and it would enhance the multiplayer experience via player options of how to spend their prestige.
