Something or nothing

This may be just my impatience but having got an e-mail notifying the start of new tournament at 09.00 UCT (which I believe is 0900 BST) 4th May I find I have no tournament games in my multiplayer folder at the moment. It is 12.07 BST so 11.07 UCT 4th of May.
I did recheck my entry and I have a game vs jsbarker702.
Am I just being over eager?

Sounds like the timing was a bit out. The tournament was supposed to start at 10.00 BST.

Hi and thanks for the reply.
However, still not seeing either game in my MP games and as I can see several have now got underway it seems I have a problem at one end or the other.
This is at 11.05 BST - 10.05 UCT on 5th May.
I have just tested MP by accepting madmaxbots open challenge for Yarmouk and also posted Brunanburh* as an open challenge and can see both.
After the accept challenge and challenge creation I can see Yarmouk in the Enemy Turn folder and Brunanburh in the My Challenge folder as expected.
I can also see my my ongoing games in Enemy Turn folder and 6 Completed games as expected.
No sign of any tournament games in any folder and certainly not in My Turn and Enemy Turn as I would expect for the new mirror games.
If it helps all my installs are direct - I do not use Steam. I have applied and played turns in my current build which is v1.5.28 (Build:10009)

Sorry, I thought from what you said in your previous post that your game had eventually started.
I think the problem may be that your opponent's username is in fact
jsbarker702@gmail.com
Sometimes usernames that the Slitherine registration will accept, the PBEM server won't, and in this case I suspect it is choking on the "@" character and/or the "." character.
I will get on to ITSupport. They may need to contact him and help him to change his username to something the PBEM server will accept, and then start the games manually.
We are on an ongoing bug hunt to try to get the two systems to match. This report should help.
