Slitherine

I purchased the newest Red Steel expansion to Order or Battle, and I keep "failing" or losing the scenario (Malaya Zemlya). It gives a vague reason why at turn 4. I have been doing lots of research and still cannot find out why it is doing that. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

You must obey the order: Land 3 infantry-type core units to support the Stanichka landing. They need to arrive within the marked perimeter in 3 turns.||• +10 supply to the landing zone

I had trouble with this one also until I clicked the question mark and then just placed three infantry units there and that took care of that. I do know it is a bit confusing at first.

To me it seemed clear. Since I could deploy core units in place from the very beginning, so did I and the objective started checked as completed.
