So I just started OOB on my 10-yr old Mac Mini (powered by hand-crank) and it seems to laboring with the graphics even when set on Low (flags shouldn't wave that slow). FWIW I have 8GB RAM.

Welcome any thoughts re specifications so I can determine whether it is may finally be time to buy a new computer.
