A couple of quick questions re: terrain types in PC2.

First of all, is there an updated list of PC2 terrain types besides on the Wiki here (https://panzercorps.gamepedia.com/Terrain), or are they basically the same? If not, could someone point me to a list of the available terrain types in PC2? Thanks. This is to help me possibly recreate my current paper wargame map I'm developing for a publisher for testing various aspects of the gameplay.

Second, are the scenarios in PC2 using a defined scale for the maps, or is it largely irrelevant and based more on the scenario? In other words, does PC2 assume a fixed scale/width for hexes from scenario to scenario or is it not really defined and more fluid in scale, depending on the battle? Thanks again!

I think the best way to look at the list of terrain types is to just open the editor. They're all laid out very nicely in this location. To view the individual attributes and movement stats of terrain tiles, just put one of each down in a map, and hit the map preview button in the editor. Loading into the game you can inspect each terrain tile's detailed information.

Scale is definitely flexible, there is no pre-defined scale. I guess if you really want to be precise you can measure building sizes. But practically no one is that hyper-aware, especially with judicious and proper application of hex strings and labels.
Something as large as the Volga can be a normal river, impassible river, or series of sea tiles and it's all acceptable in appearance.

Didn't play PC1....so no background game knowledge but I'm surprised there aren't terrain types that combine cover and elevation. For example surely there should be wooded hills and rough hills? Hoping to be able to create these by modding in the future, but still surprised such features aren't in the base game already.
