In an effort to support innovative indie projects and to give them a bigger chance of being noticed, we are proud to announce the collaboration with up-and-coming Polish studio QED Games. Their first game is a turn-based tactical sci-fi game: Tactical Troops: Anthracite Shift.



In Tactical Troops: Anthracite Shift you will command a small troop of elite soldiers throughout the atmospheric, beautiful yet hostile planet of Anthracite.

Explore the beauty and the danger of Anthracite by leading your troops through 40 missions of a story-rich single-player campaign, or compete against your friends in the fast-paced multiplayer skirmishes.

Thanks to your troops’ overwatch technique, you can automatically attack your enemies as soon as they enter your field of view. Choose the weapon, set the direction and your soldiers will patiently wait for the unlucky opponents who try to get in their way.

The combat system and the world of Anthracite follow the rules of physics: weapons require manual aiming, bullets and grenades can bounce off obstacles. And if you target an explosive barrel near your enemies, well, they will have a hard time.

kind of reminds me of Legions of Steel, which was so similar to laser squad back in the day, so look forward to seeing the development and how it grows

To me it looks like the Age of Fear series but obviously much different setting. Like-y!
