Don't think so - I get other emails from this site - but I'll check.

If you are still having issues you might try logging in to the Matrix site and opening a ticket via the system there, as it should avoid any email problems.

?? Not sure what you mean or what difference it makes which site I'm going through. There's not an email problem on my side at least. This was in reference to an anniversary coupon an email said I had - when I followed the link back to this site, that's when the problem occurred. It said there was a problem with it - I forget what now but I can look it up again - so I thought I'd try support here, filled in the info and description, etc, then never heard back on it.
